This is a comprehensive introductory course to the methods and aesthetics of film-based and digital photography. The topics of study will include evaluating negatives and darkroom prints, developing film, Lightroom and Photoshop software, inkjet printing, reading light, visualization, photographic design, and history of photography. |

Film cameras will be provided; limited digital cameras are available on the first come first serve basis. Professor Rudensky WILL NOT be teaching this class. Professor Bella Convertino will be enrolling and teaching this class. POI interviews for Photo 1 will be on Zoom, Friday Nov. 14th from 10am-1pm. Please submit a POI by 5pm on Thursday Nov. 13th to receive a zoom link via email. The Waiting Room will be enabled, no interview times are needed, you will be interviewed in the order in which they log in. |
