This is the second part of the two-semester sequence in elementary German (see German 101). Students will finish their study of the basic grammatical features of the German language, and will increase their ability to read a variety of simple texts, handle everyday conversational situations, understand dialogues, and compose original sentences in writing. |

Examinations and Assignments: Weekly tests, daily assignments, midterm and final examinations. |
Additional Requirements and/or Comments: The course meets three times a week with the instructor, with additional time (TBA) with a teaching assistant for conversational practice and informal activities. Videos and online exercises will constitute part of the course material. Students should plan to spend between one and a half and two hours preparing for each class. Regular attendance and class participation required. |
